Shipping Cost Policy

LPs US:

Shipping Liability: 

He Who Has An Ear will NOT be responsible for: 

  • Damaged items that are not insured at the buyers request and payment.
  • We will not be liable for packages lost by carrier (UPS, Fed-Ex, USPS, etc..)  We will support any effort to assist the buyer to resolve the carrier issue(s).
  • Cost of return postage and insurance.
  • We will do our best to ensure that your item(s) are shipped safely and in accordance with our shipping terms, However, we will not be responsible for 3rd Party losses due to mis-shipments on our part.

PLEASE NOTE: WE TRY TO SHIP WITHIN 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS OF CONFIRMATION OF  PAYMENT, but that may be impacted by the volume of shipments in the queue.  We ship using a First-In/First-out shipping process

If we project that your shipment will take longer than stated, WE WILL CONTACT YOU WITH AN APPROXIMATE SHIPDATE AND GIVE YOU AN OPPORTUNITY TO CANCEL THE ORDER IF YOU CHOOSE TO DO SO.

If you're one of our customers, new or old, we're hoping you understand the definition of that shipment window statement as well as the fairness of the policy.

By default all, all vinyl products will be shipped via USPS Media Mail.  If you require a faster service to meet your need, please contact us HERE

Returns:

We accept returns that are shipped back within a 10 business day window from receipt, by the Buyer, of the package by the carrier.  After that Return processing window, we will NOT accept a return.

The Buyer is responsible for:

  • Requesting a Return, including Reason for Return, via our Contact Page
  • Tendering a well-packaged item to the USPS.  We will only accept Returns via the USPS.
  • The Buyer agrees to furnish a tracking number within 24 hrs. of tendering the pkg to the USPS.

Once the Return is received, He Who Has An Ear will:

  • Inspect the item...items must be the same condition as was received by the Buyer.  If it is not, He Who Has An Ear will mitigate the loss of value up to and including a decision of no refund for items that cannot be re-stocked for sale.
  • Once the inspection is completed and the condition confirmed, we will issue a refund to the Buyer via the original form of payment method.
  • We will then notify that the Return was accepted and the Refund processed.

Payments:

  • Automatic Cancellation Policy: Orders will be cancelled if payment is not received within 4 days.
  • We accept the following digital methods of payment (We do not accept Money Orders or any other hard-copy payment that requires a payment being mailed to our facility):
    • PayPal (preferred)
    • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover)

Personal Information:

By purchasing an item or joining our Mailing List, you agree that you are voluntarily providing some elements of personal information.  This information will be used to initiate, facilitate, and conclude an online purchase at our site(s). The information that you are providing as part of a sale or Mailing List request will NOT be sold to ANY entity by He Who Has An Ear.
